Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Provide general administrative support to the office - Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining inventory - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - File and organize documents both physically and electronically - Act as a personal assistant to the management team, scheduling appointments and managing calendars - Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors Skills:
- Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of office procedures and administrative tasks - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong customer service skills Note:
